Microsoft Copilot agents
Custom Agents for Microsoft Copilot
We design, build and roll out agents that work inside Microsoft Copilot, Teams and SharePoint, using your knowledge, your data and your permissions.
Illustrative example
The short answer
What is a Microsoft Copilot agent?
A Microsoft Copilot agent is a focused version of Copilot for one job, such as answering HR policy questions or preparing a sales brief. You give it its own instructions, knowledge and actions. It runs on Copilot’s own AI, so there’s nothing extra to host.
Microsoft calls these declarative agents. Your people find them in Copilot Chat and Teams, and they only see information each person already has access to.
Choosing the right approach
From a quick SharePoint agent to a fully custom build
Not every agent needs custom development. We start with the simplest option that does the job, and move up only when you need more.
What we build
Microsoft Copilot agent services
Declarative agents
Agents with clear instructions, approved knowledge and conversation starters, built for one team or the whole company.
Agents in SharePoint
Site-level agents for policy, project and department sites, set up with the right content and rolled out to users.
Copilot connectors
Bring data from outside Microsoft 365 into Copilot, using more than 100 prebuilt connectors or a custom one we build.
Actions with APIs and MCP
Let agents create, update and look up records in your systems through REST APIs or Model Context Protocol servers.
Custom engine agents
When you need your own models or orchestration, we build with the Microsoft 365 Agents SDK or Microsoft Foundry.
Agent Builder upgrades
Move agents your team made in Agent Builder into Copilot Studio when they need actions, governance or more channels.
